Service A Reset problems

I took my car into the local shop to get an oil change. On a side note, I've worked on cars since the age of 14, everything from oil changes, brake jobs, and engine replacements. At 18, my dad retired from being an airline captain and opened an auto shop franchise and I worked there on the weekends to help out for another 5 years. Anyone who takes their car the MB and pays $199 for an oil change aka Service A deserves to be beaten over the head and robbed because thats what the dealer is doing. Now I'll get off my soap box. The point of the thread, I can't get the Service A light to go away. I followed the link for the 2010 model, mine is a 2011 E550 coupe and it won't work. Is there a trick?

What I'm doing is putting the key to position 1, scrolling to trip, then click accept phone call and ok button within 1 second. It doesn't do anything.

Thanks, seems like what I was doing. Maybe I'm not hitting the 2 buttons fast enough. I'll try it again.

Let me know if you figured it out because I have a 2011 E350 with the "Service A Due" light on also that I'm trying to reset. I'll also just be taking the car to somewhere like Jiffy Lube to get the oil change done.

By the way mine has the keyless entry so do I still need to remove the keyless entry cover and put the key in and turn to position one?

UPDATE: Just went out to my car and followed the exact steps in the video and it worked perfectly. Thanks!

Thank you EMDEM!!!! I have a 2011 e550 and your youtube recommendation worked very well. I have tried all the other solutions and failed. You have made my day and my future oil changes and service a pleasure.
