The next step...

Gav: of course I am working on that too since I installed the AMG brakes...

Next week will change my wheel, and the following week hopefully when all the parts arrive will install the exhaust system

Where did you get an Eisenmann from? I've been emailing them directly and have talked to two different vendors and all are saying that they havn't released the C207 exhausts yet.

Caker: Many international website don't have the eisenmann exhaust for our cars, however on German site they do have the option and you can even order online which they need 3 weeks to complete the product. I am not sure if they have international shipping service but they ship to my friend's house in Berlin and then transfer the package to my hand

But one risky point is I never heard how it will sound like on my red cabriolet, very exciting~

very nice night shots! I think you need CF rear apron so the rear will sit lower looking from sideway. I'm debating whether to geth the Meisterschaft GTC or Eisenmann since the Meisterschaft GTC has wireless electronic valve so you can switch to either loud or quiet so you want. I heard my friend's SLK350 with Mesiterschaft and it sounds very nice. It can produce the sound that sounds like some supercar. The price is also 1/3 cheaper then Eisenmann but the only concern that I have is they dont have the quad oval tips for 350/550 model. I look forward hearing your feedback on the Eisenmann once you've installed on your car.

Aznx: Thanks for the advice, but I have my diffuser ready to install once my exhaust system arrive, wanted to install them together, and see if the apron is necessary.
I also debated the exhaust system between Eisenmann and Meisterschaft GTC however I have decided Eisenmann: first is the quad tailpipe, instead of Meisterschaft but also can change it to either quad square look like W212 current E63 but I have compared between the round and the square pipe I realized square pipe is too big that look squeezed and not balanced thats why I have decided round pipe (love Dr. Nab's rear look by the way)
Second about turing louder or quiet mode, the local tuning team here can also deal with Eisenmann exhaust system but I have never heard the original sound of this pipe yet so I will decide whether to install or not after I actually hear the sound and will also videotape it and decide it with you guys ^^

Azn: I got the race version, and still cannot answer you about the wireless electronic value yet because never tried on eisenmann exhaust before, but worked on my friend's E-coupe with MEC exhaust system

Partial Wrapping of my Revozport Carbon Bonnet

After the installation of my carbon bonnet, some friends think it looks little weird...something is missing...but don't know how to say the problem is...

So discussed with few tuning staffs and friends about the color of the bonnet see if it is necessary to paint it over the top of the carbon. I also mailed the Revozport company and asked if any of their customers have done to their Revozport bonnet, and their answer was: Mostly people have black cars will just leave it all black because the carbon and black are very close and won't feel anything weird about it and when you close up you will feel the elegant view by pairing the black car with carbon parts. White cars almost fits any colors so nothing to worry about the appearance.

So what about red? What can I do to the bonnet or the other parts of the cars to make it more smooth? We came up with wrapping issue.

First we went to the wrapping center to see if the red paper is close to my original Mercedes red paint.

After few comparison of every red wrapping paper they have (including matt and metallic and even chrome) we finally found the closest color of wrapping paper (the brand is HEXIS) and we started to design how to wrap it. First we tried to just wrap the whole bonnet but second thought, what is the point of buying carbon bonnet in the first place, would've just buy cheaper FRP version and paint it.

Here is the close up: on the left of this photo is the wrapping paper and the others are the original paint of my red cabriolet...close enough = =

FINISH~

What do you guys think? Feel free to comment me or give me more better advice on this design...better with or without?

Gav: I did thought about that as well, however, decided to wrap first because in the future you never know if you wanted to replace the original bonnet or other tuning brand bonnet in the future and if so, I can sell the bonnet with still full carbon for other E-coupe owners who can use different styling because not everyone can accept this design. That was my concern...
Also, either way I still wrap it first before I make strong decision and go for the paint because if I get sick of this design or regret it I can just tear it off and wrap with another design, or can always go back to full carbon looks.

love it Koji, looks awesome man I'd say paint it but then like you say if you ever wanted to change it you can when its wrapped, color match looks really good too.

Look forward to seeing the diffuser and exhaust on as well

DRL installation

Was comparing the official W212 E63 AMG DRL with the OEM DRL for several days, they all look the same and the brightness doesn't have much difference just the big price difference.
At the end I have decided to install the official DRL for my red cabriolet

After the Installation looks pretty nice, well fit, and perfect adaptations (clap hands for Revozport Technology)

Close up photo of the DRL

Photo with lighting up

What do you guys think? With or without the DRL?

just a quick question are your side lights standard? they seem really blue in the pic.
