Sprint booster
Has anyone fitted a sprint booster to an E350? Iv just got one and when i had a look to install it the wires that run into the accelerator pedal look a bit short and wont be long enough once the SB is fitted.
Is there something i need to do to to the pedal or something?

aw u mate long time no speak. iv got the switchable one.
iv literally just fitted it. i just unbolted the pedal and split the carpet a bit to get the wire further up. havent had a chance to test it yet so looks like its going to be an interesting ride home. i started the car up and no warning signs have come up so far so fingers crossed.
did you see much of a difference with your one?

yeah its been a while, im good mate how you doing?
Cool man it is easy to fit, I only ever saw one warning just after I fitted it and that flashed up for a split second and then never came back, have had car serviced with SB fitted and no error codes so I'm sure you'll be fine with it
It is quite noticeable to be fair, I usually run on the green mode only very sparingly switch to red, did that once (forgot was in red) with ESP off blipped the throttle while pulling out of a junction - was unexpected fun to say the least

bloody hell im looking forward to trying it now.
iv just had to order another set of rear side skirts : (
i lost one of them in the snow (forgot to put screw/cable tie underneath). found it in a bush on the way home completely obliterated.
rear end seems unfinished now they are missing.

it enhances throttle response Gavro, simple to fit and transforms the way the car drives - doesn't make it any faster or quicker just more response which is always good. Worth the money even though some people think they're pointless i like it

Yeah the model Sprintbooster you want is:
SBDD452A
I have this version and it works fine, you might want to check with your autoshop online to confirm but if you google search for that ^^ model number it should confirm it is the correct application for your car.

doesnt really matter if you buy it from kleemann, carlsson or etc. I would recomend you to get true original SPRINT BOOSTER which is made by greek company. I have it installed for about 2 years now. It always helps when I want to overtake or squeeze into traffic.
I bought it for $200 from MB dealer in my city. I would recommend it to everyone.
