WILL THESE WHEELS FIT ON MY 2010 E550 COUPE?
FRONT WHEELS: 19 X 8.5" OFFSET 35.5MM.
PART# A231 401 1602 W/ 255 35 R19 96Y.
REAR WHEELS: 19 X 9.5" OFFSET 48MM.
PART# A231 401 1702 W/ 285 30 R19 98Y.
I BELIEVE THE WHEELS THAT CAME ON MY CAR ARE:
FRONT WHEELS: 18 X 8.0" OFFSET 45MM.
235/40R18
REAR WHEELS: 18 X 8.5" OFFSET 49MM.
255/35/R18
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

Probably. Have you lowered your car? What tire brand are you looking at?
You're right about the original wheel specs.
You're pretty close to my setup - ET40 front and ET45 rear. I would have preferred 35 on the front, but the 45 rear is spot-on for my tastes.

i have 9" in the front.. with a 38 off set.. 255/40/18 tires. Tire is a bit too chuncky.. so i will go with a 245/40/18 to slim down a bit. The rim sticks out a bit too much (maybe 3mm) but I'm ok with it. Looks very aggressive and bites on corners.
In your case 8.5" is no problem.
the rears won't be a problem at all.. but dont go past 285 on the rears. Anything wider.. you will need spacer.
keep in mind that.. wider tires.. also is taller.. it messes with your MPG readings.
245/35 and 275/30 its a good tire size for your 19's..
