big headache, m278 fault

Well I was cruising in my car and then I see the check engine light blinking, I got a huge misfire and stopped the car.

The car is misfiring al the time when you start it, even sometimes when you start it you hear the timing chain like making a quick noise and then it goes.

Got all this codes.

p2088 intake cam sensor short to ground
p1047 camshaft position actuator, exhaust right rear, circuit malfunction
b0803 transmission shift mode indicator circuit low
p0007 fuel shutoff valve A control circuit high
P00AA intake air temp sensor 1 circuit bank 2
p0520 oil pressure sensor circuit malfunction

I don't know what to think, if its something because I flashed the ECU and now its damaged.

Or something that's not making the car get enough voltage on those sensors.

If anyone has any info on this it would be very helpful

Bringing up a thread from the dead but was curious if anyone else has had any drive train related issues? I've seen a few sporadic timing chain issues on the net, which this one sounds like, but was wondering how wide spread this issue was.
