Warped Rotors 2014 E550 Cab
Replacing brake rotors after 13,000 miles. Rotors are warped and new rotors and brake pads are being installed. At Mercedes is taking care of the issue so far...

Oh man...I noticed some wobbliness under hard breaking on my car, and it has less than 1000 miles on it. Is this something I should be concerned about?

2014 E550 Cab with warped rotors
Mine started about 1000 miles ago. Went to one dealer who looked at the rotor with a flashlight and mirror and said no problem. The second only took a few minutes to determine they were warped. Apparently there has been some issues with the S class in the past, mine is the first here in Mobile to come in with this problem. Morale of the story, don't believe the service tech the first time. I pick it up today or tomorrow.

EarlJ,
We also had warped rotors on our '12 E550 Cab show up around 14K, just a light vibration and the dealer said they were fine. By 17K it was noticeably worse, this time they wanted $900 for rotors and pads. Said they were warped.
We called the service manager and questioned this and asked them to look into it with MB. Sure enough they replaced the rotors, reinstalled the same pads and all is well.
They mentioned that the rotors were guaranteed / supposed to last 31K miles. (weird amount). Car drives and brakes like it should now.
I think they must have some supplier issues as the wife is heavy on the gas, but not the brakes. It pays to question stuff like this, saved us $900.
