Difference between "dynamic handling suspension" and "agility control suspension"

Current configurator for the U.S. says that E550 and E350 "dynamic handling suspension" and "agility control suspension", respectively, with no choice or upgrades offered.

Am I right that the only difference here is that the E550 has a user button to switch between comfort and sport mode and the E350 does not, but that both systems use conventional shock absorbers, just electronically controlled?

I believe the difference is that the E550 "dynamic control" is with electronically controlled dampers that vary with road conditions and 'sport' or 'comfort' mode selected. The E350 uses conventional dampers that are not electronically controlled.
