Rotor Toast?

Just noticed this. Got back from a few day trip for work and had to fill up a tire. As I filled it up, I noticed 2 indents in my rotor. It's only on the front passenger.

Is this rotor toasted?

Those cuts in the rotor look too deep to turn the rotor down.
I'm guessing the rotors are toast. You also have something embedded in the pads that cut the rotor. They will need replacing as well.

With that deep of a cut, didn't you hear unusual sounds when applying the brakes?

Well that does suck....Nope, Not a single sound and I usually drive with the windows down. I did notice when I stepped on the brakes that my car pulled a bit to the right, but it was because the front right tire had 20 lbs of air in it.

It can be bad front wheel bearings which will destroy front rotors , check them out
