2011/2012 e-350 cabriloet - How does it perfom in the snow?

I love the e-350 cab but my wife is concerned that ther rear wheel drive will not handle well in the winter/snow - I live in Pittsburgh, PA - Can anyone share some insite on the winter handleing of the vehicle?

I drive the 5.5 ltr coupe in the New England snow. It is certainly not a great car for the winter (mine is rear wheel drive). That said, I always install snow tires for the winter and that makes a significant improvement.
It would also depend on how well the roads are cleared / maintained in PA. In Massachusetts they do a pretty decent job of keep the snow to a minimum on the roads.
I've never had any major issue, but that will also depend on you and your wife's confidence of driving in the snow I guess...
I can pretty much say you can expect the car to slide somewhat - but then, I see all types of cars spin their wheels in the snow.

2011 E-350 Cab. CPO 10/2013
Recommend getting 4 Blizzaks (Tire Rack will ship to Rahal). No traction problems. Balance is very good on this model and it handles very solid for me.
