TPMS sensors

Guys,

Anyone know whether it is possible to put the TPMS sensors on those replica wheels?

I talked to the parts department in Mercedes today and he told me that the OEM TPMS sensors will not guarantee to fit or not air leak on the replica wheels after installed.

If so, how about the aftermarket TPMS sensors? Any brands for suggestion?

I put on after market wheels bought from Tire Rack. Also got new TPMs with the wheels. Did not have a problem with the car recognizing the new sensors.

Is your TPMS sensor OEM or aftermarket? What brand is it?

TPMs are aftermarket, but I have no idea of the make.
Most important is that they work.

I bought ones from here, and haven't had issues. I'm running aftermarket wheels.

Ok, thanks guy.

I prefer to buy and install and program the sensors from the local garage.

Finally, I went to a wheel shop and had them installed the TPMS sensors this afternoon after I pickup my 2014 E Coupe. The sensors were made by ITM. No issue at all.
