Rear ended
Got rear ended Saturday. Guy hit me pretty hard.
I could not see any visible damage and since I was on my way to the golf course, I did not bother to get his contact info.
Turns out that the passive restraints in the headrest popped out. Airbags did not deploy.
Dealer wants $135 to reset. Claim is that there is a special too used to reset in the original position taking over an hour.
MB service is excellent, but this is a little pricey.

You can reset the headrests by yourself, check youtube for exactly how. Happened to me about 2 months ago. You have to get up on the seat backwards and forcefully push in and down in one movement. I was unable to get all the warning lights to go out. Since under warranty I brought it in and said I didn't know what caused the lights...10 min in and out.

Got a call from my MB dealer asking my opinion of the recent service. I said other than the $135 for resetting the head rests, everything was great. Got a call back in 10 minutes stating that the dealer would credit me for the amount charged to reset.
That's why I drive a Mercedes.
