Exclamation Help would be appreciated on seat belts issue

I have the 2014 E Coupe not long ago and just ran into an issue.

I don't know if you guys know what I mean but whenever the seat belt arm reach out and I grab it to buckle up, it usually gave me some force and pull the seat belt tight to my body.

Currently it doesn't do that anymore. Right now it just kind of "tick" and pull just a tiny bit backward.

Anyone had this issue before?

That is a feature that you can turn off. Go through the settings using the screen in the speedo.

Thanks for the advise. I just tried turning it "off" and then "on" again but problem is still there. The seat belts just won't "pull" me like the way it was before. It just "click" and move that tiny little bit. Before, I could really felt it.

The tech confirmed it's malfunction. It should pull way more to the body than just a little bit. It won't affect the safety but it should be fix.
