Got to buy me a used C207 after searching for an Audi A5 coupe or a BMW 330 or 350 xd. My search took 2 months and after not finding what I would have wanted (small mileage and car taken care off) I started to look for an E coupe as I liked the car also. I was in luck as after 1 week of searches I found an E350 CDI with 80.000 KM which was used as second car with the history in order at the dealer and also with 1 year left of warranty. My other two cars are a Mitsuibishi Lancer from 2008 and a beefed up Golf 5 GTI that has now 350 HP. This is my first premium car but I couldn't help myself to give it a touch of my personality.

Here are the changes that the car is having at the moment:
- Prior Design bodykit(PD normal one but with a little modification that will resemble more the PD550 one at the front bumper);
- 2014 CLS steering wheel ( http://images.thecarconnection.com/l...00428602_l.jpg );
- Vertini Monaco Black 19" Wheels ( http://www.modbargains.com/images/Pr...ck-Large-3.jpg );
- Bilstein B12 Pro-kit ( http://www.bilstein.de/en-uk/product...n-b12-pro-kit/ )
- KW lambo style doors;
- AMG brembo brakes from a 2013 CLS 63 AMG with ventilated disks and red painted calipers;
- matching HID leds for the parking light;
- long and slim DRL 6000k lights changing the old ones ( http://www.accesoriiautotuning.ro/lu...gn/4979888-21/ );
- The car will be all black with all nickel trims being painted. Also the wood trims from inside the car will be painted in black.

Thank you guys. On friday I think I can take it for a spin for a road trip to see how it feels on the road with the new breaks and the suspension but I have to take it back on monday for polish and mounting the LSD doors and then it will be subject of professional pictures and a promo video.

So, on friday I think I will post some new pictures with the whole car.

Today I just got the wood trims done. Tomorrow we will fit the side skirts, brakes, trims and rims.

I just did some hood searches on eBay (yeah, I know, take it for what it's worth), and it seems like hoods are only for the sedans or coupes.

I also noticed that. So no luck there. I went to ask a question to revozsport if they have this hood on stock in Europe as transport will get me to almost double the price. Hopefully they have it in England. Will go for the carbon one if available. Cross your fingers.

PS: Just wanted to tell you that the Prior Design one is not the complete bonnet which I find stupid. They want 920 EUR just for two pieces that you have to fit on the bonnet.

I am so unlucky. We had a problem with a daylight today when bringing the car from the paint shop and it scratched the front bumper and I needed to get it back to repaint it so no car this week.

Had a look over the rims with the tyres on and decided to go for 20" with Vossen CVT's







Need to wait another 10 days for these but that should be the last problem at the moment.

Size will be 245 35 20 et 9,5 for the front and 275 30 20 et 10,5 for the rear. If the guys from vossen will tell us to downsize the tyres I will go with 30/20. We still need to get an e-mail from them.

It's strange what happened to you. I don't know how I can help you. I didn't have any problems with sensors. The only mod I did on the breaks was to modify the caliper mounting as I did not use OEM brake discs.




Some detailing is being made also. Ditched the LSD doors after all. Next week I think the Vossens will arrive. The technician from Vossen told me to get 285/25/20 for the back tyres and 245/30/20 for the front.

Those are the same sizes I run on my car as well. The problem I encounter is since I have to go to NTB or Discount to mount them, they won't because of the load rating I think. Looks like you have someone who can mount them for you no problem though.

You want the Osram D1s CBSI Xenon bulbs. Get them from the Retrofitsource.com as there are a lot of Chinese knockoffs on the internet.

I will get Philips BLUEVISION ULTRA. I will get them from the local shop since taking them from outside the country will take a lot to be delivered.

The brakes are 345 front with 330 back and they are from EBC brakes.
