Ok- starting to look around, found a 2013 Steel Gray/black leather
E550 Cab. 11000 miles, 10 months regular warranty left, Certified car,
so extra year included for a total of almost 2 years.

P2, distronic/lane, wood, appearance, spoiler, leather,
All the toys, $78K+ msrp.....

What would you pay/fair offer ? Dealer wants $45K....

So what I would have done is check KBB.com and see what tells me the car's value is and work from there. I did this real quick and CPO price they list is 53K for a car in "very good" condition. Seems like it was a good deal. I would wonder why the dealership had it listed for lower than what KBB is saying it's worth. Maybe you dodged a bullet.

No one pays KBB or near KBB prices, at least they should not. They are way high.
I did price checks on Nada, KBB, Edmunds and a buddy checked auction prices,

They had the car for 2 months and went from $49K to $44.5K and sold right away,
just could not get down there in time, during the week, 1.5 hours away.

I would of sent the car to a independent for a full PPI prior to purchase,
as with all prior purchases, including paint measurements, so any concerns
should of shown.

When the deals show, you got to move, just could not get there !
