Dynamic handling pack with suspension!
It's been a long time since my last post. I felt that it's is important to share. I just order a kW dcc suspension for my 2011 e class coupe. It seems that this is the only compatible suspension with cars equipt with dynamic handling / Agility control. I hope this is a solution to the lowering problem with those cars. Anyone who install dcc in his car? Please note that this is not the standard kW v3 with the electronic dumping cancelers.

I have an E-Coupe with dynamic sport suspension and am very interested in hearing how this works for you. What is the part number for this kit? Hopefully this is available in the USA.

I researched on KW Suspensions website and it looks like all the available Coilover Kits for the E550 Coupe w/ Dynamic Suspension requires disabling of the MB Electronic Damper Control (KW provides the Disable module).
There does not appear to be a KW DDC "Plug & Play" Coilover available for the E550 Coupe.

As I know there are 2 models depending on the axel weight of the car.

I just received confirmation from KW North America that the KW DDC Plug & Play Kit is only available in Europe and only for the MB E350 Coupe (will not work for the E550 Coupe).

Mine is not even a 350 it's a 250! I will post something when it's installed. Although I have a problem lowering the car as I installed wider tyres and with my existing rims it's Imposible to go low!

I find it pretty weird that KW DDC is available for every model except E500/E550. I can't think of any other reason except the heavier engine which is weird. It is less than 50kg heavier than E350 CDI and that is a difference betwen full and empty tank.

I will ask my kW dealer about that. There were two models available depending on the axel weight so I guess it's something to do with the weight!

I'm also looking for the KW DDC for my 2014 E500 but my KW dealer also told me that is available for the E500 beside mine beeing a 2014 version, but I'm not so sure that it will have the plug & play module!
I sent an email to KW almost 1 year ago and got no answer from them!
I might try to call them in Germany when I have some time.

Finally installed
Hi all finally after so long I am on KW DDC with 20" inch wheels. Unfortunately I have a few rubbing problems on the rear when I hit a pump. I am planning to widen my rear fenders, has anyone done something similar?

How is the ride with the KW DDC?
The rear is not to soft almost the same as the stock suspension?
I'm also runing KW DDC on my E500 coupe

Maybe I am wrong but I feel that the new suspension is softer than the original especially on the rear. Comparing with KW V3 I still have 2 options as with the original, soft/hard(eco/Sport mode). I was hoping that I could make it stiffer in order to reduce some rubbing in the rear but no luck. Just wident my rear fenders for 5mm each.

Beside the soft rear I had a left / rear difference in stiffness also that got the car loose in some situations that I not crashed by luck.
It passed two years that I have the KW DDC, and I had front springs replaced for stiffer ones two times, and rear ones one time, and all 4 coils where sent back to KW germany to be revised and still got that soft rear.
Only one month back I found a work arround that helped a bit but rear is still a bit soft but I got a better handlig and resolved that left/right stiffness difference.
In Xentry on the suspension setup I made a new calibration on the shocks/suspension, that helped.
If I knew that this was the result I would went with the V3.

That's why I asked, the rear is way to soft, but I was thinking that could be a E500 coupe related problem, since my car is way heavier that yours.
