Anyone replace the TPMS sensor??

Got a 2010 E350 Coupe a little over a month ago now (Birthday present from the wife )and the TPMS display is saying it's missing from the drivers' side rear tire. I bought an entire set just in case ,but I'm wondering how hard is it to replace...Thanks in advance to all responders

Very easy to replace but you will likely have to take the tire off the wheel/rim (unless you pry enough of sidewall out of the way to get to the valve hole). It mounts from the inside of the wheel and there is a nut on the outside that goes over the valve stem.
