MERCEDES E W211 EVO convertible
Question roof wont open
i have a 2011 E220 Cabrio chassis W207 the roof wont open and warning light says ' close boot seperator ' but it is closed can anyone shed any light on this problem

You and all hate this response however the roof systems are very complicated---get a scan to determine the fault--then fix the problem your self!!

W164 ML 320 CDi edition 10
The Boot separator Microswitch is located on the LH front edge of the separator push the separator back and see if the switch is OK and gets activated when you close it.
