I have a 2011 with the B&W HUD screen. I noticed just a year later in 2012 they changed it to a color display. I'm looking to upgrade mine if it's simple and not too expensive but have a few questions if anyone could help out.

1) Has anyone done this upgrade on their '09-'11s?
2) What is the install like? Is it plug & play or does it need programming?
3) Part(s) needed with part numbers?
4) Any chance someone has one for sale?
