Hello, All,
My 2011 E350 Cabrio radio buttons have been acting up lately. Buttons 1, 4, 7 and 0 work but the other either don't work at all or display a different number (press 6 and 8 appears). This has been happening intermittently for a couple months and usually clears when I shut the car down and restart. The steering wheel controls work fine and can cycle through the stations but I also use the keypad for other Comand functions (phone and nav). I've tried pulling the fuses but that didn't help. Is there a hard reset function to try?

The radio hasn't gotten wet or anything that I can think of that may cause a short.

Any help or ideas are appreciated.
