Replaced Timing Chain Tensioners
Brought my 13 E350 cab in for B Service. Has only 16,000 miles.
What do you know? A mechanic who cares about the quality of his work, hears noise upon restarting the car after performing the B Service.
He ended replacing timing chain tensioners. All done under warranty which will expire in May17. I always thought the engine was a bit noisy due to direct injection. Kudos to the mechanic at MB of Naples.

MBUSA released service campaign (no expiration, even out of warranty) and bulletin (covered under initial factory and extended warranty) see attachments.
