1987 420SEL, 1972 220
Engine Swap?
Hey guys
Just acquired a W115 without engine or trans. Wondering what is the craziest swap you guys have seen. And if you guys have any ideas to throw around about what engines might fit. It's a 1972 220 and I know they differ from later years in the cross member and other reinforcement areas so any ideas you guys might have would be great. Now that this is my on going project, looks like my 420SEL engine swap is going to be on the back burner But at least that one is running so if it ain't broke... Thanks in advance
