Sticking rear caliper?

I changed my pads tonight on my 300TDT and I took it out for a test drive and it appears the rear caliper is hanging. I was able to change the pads without taking the caliper out and everything went smoothly but after a quick spin I came back and the back rotor was smelling rather hot. It's got 318K on it so I assume I may need a new caliper, any tips or tricks to get a little more life out of it?

Without the tools all you can do is put the car up and confirm the caliper hang or try putting back the older pads!!

I just ordered new calipers they should be here tonight. I just went ahead and ordered them cause they have 318K and they were starting to look a little used.

Sometimes old brake hoses can swell inside and act like backflow valves.

Changed the calipers tonight got most of the air out but it took care of the issue. Gonna have a friend stop over tomorrow evening to get the full system flushed.
