W123 Hood ornament install
Yes I searched(multiple ways) and I can't find anything on our cars. I recently brought down to FL from NJ my parents 83 300D and the hood ornament was ripped out years ago at a car wash. I ordered an OEM and I was wondering how it is installed. They look like they kinda just pop in place but I hear you need to turn something 1/4 turn to lock it. Wife's 320 was a breeze as it literally had a knob you turned 90 degrees. This thing is not the same style.
