S124 - Power Steering Flush - Self Leveling Suspension

Hello everyone. I'm just after purchasing new ps fluid and a filter since I noticed mine hasn't been changed in a long long while.

My S124 has the 2.2 Petrol engine with self leveling rear suspension (111.960)

I've done a flush before on a different car which was very straight forward however I'm slightly confused on this one

I have a canister with a dipstick on the right hand side of the engine bay. That is where I should pour the ps liquid in. From that, there is a rubber hose going up-hill towards the reservoir.

What is the best way of flushing the whole system? Do I drain all the fluid from both canisters and then pour new in and steer lock to lock or what? Thanks

Sorry about the crappy picture but I hope you can see what I'm talking about
