90 300E 2.6 10% lambda, running rich

After replacing several different components and getting the car to idle perfect between 45-50%, when I rev it up to 2500-3000 rpm, lambda drops slowly from 50% to 10% and holds there. I have tried different ECUs, plugging off the cold start valve, two EHAs, and a different fuel distributor. Nothing seemed to help it. I did have 2 codes today, one was 5 which is an O2 sensor code I think, but I did replace it 6 months ago with a new one and the other was 11 which is for the air injection that I unplugged because it is noisey. Would the O2 sensor go bad after only 6 months replacement and causing it to drop to 10%? All parts replaced were ordered from a Mercedes dealer. Thanks for the help, I'm stuck.

WDBEA26D3LB239042 is the VIN number, I just remembered too that when
I get gas, I can hear it suck in air like there is a vacuum inside the gas tank, would that affect it running rich?

With that VIN you have a 124.026 which is a 103.940 engine and a 722.4 transmission. The central factor is the KE3 controller which receives signals and controls the idle speed.

The problem is that there are tons of information on that engine within WIS that I would not know where to begin, therefore my suggestion is spend the 18 bucks for a 24 hour subscription to WIS place your VIN and go to mixture information then read and copy read and copy.

The issue with the filler cap has nothing to do with the KE3 receiving signals to richen the mixture!!
