Exclamation 1991 300E W124 3.0L AC High Side Valve Thread Size

My car has been converted to R134. However, it is leaking at the high side valve. I want to replace the entire valve, not just the schrader valve. I need to know what threading it uses. I have a R134 conversion kit I bought at Oreilly's that has both 7/16" and 3/8". The 7/16" one is definitely too large. Will the 3/8" one fit? I need to know before I evacuate my system to replace it. Thanks in advance. Walter.

I finally got through to Mercedes Parts. They have a conversion part. I'm going to pick it up. Yeah, standard threading isn't going to work on a metric vehicle! Good point! I'll post the part numbers up here for both the high side and low side valves for future reference.
