1993 mercedes w124 300E

5 speed w124

Hi there i was wondering if it were possible to take a trans from a 1994 bmw 325iC 2.5 5speed standard and put it in a 1993 w124 mercedes 2.8 300e

bone stock E55 AMG

moved to W124 forum...
i know W201 tranny will fit but not 100% sure about E30 tranny...
