Ball Joint Bold stuck - HELP

I decided to change out the LCA bushings and ball joint along with any other stuff in the front. Problem is that while I've got the control arm loose from the frame, I can't get the ball joint bolt to move. It looks like there is some adhesive in the space between both sides of the ball joint receiving side on the hub.

I tried cutting off the the end of the bolt and drill through but having a hard time making any headway. Has anyone had a similar experience?
