E320 Cabriolet - Purchase Advice
Hello Everyone - It's been awhile since I've been on the forum, but am finally in the market for an E320 Cabrio. I've read about all the common stuff to look out for, but need some advice on what a fair price to pay is for decent condition car.
Every advertisement I see says its a "rare" car and I agree that it is, but there's a bunch of them for sale either privately or at random dealers.
Does anyone know of any good cars available for sale?
What should $10-$12K get me?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had few of these, for $12k you can find a nice car, I would look for one from either FL or Cali as almost all NY/NJ/PA cars have some kind of issues, worn suspension, rust, previous body damage etc although it applies less to cabrios than to regular w124s. For $15k you will get an awesome cabriolet. There are few of these available on ebay, I would spend $150 and get the PPI at the local independent MB repair shop, check for usual problem spots plus all the top related issues (hydraulics etc)
