having issue with my e320 sunroof seams lazy very slow need to push open w/hand.....
should I replace motor??

Before considering the motor, try rule out other possibilities like a weak battery, lack of lubrication, misalignment of the rails and/or foreign objects causing obstruction - some small parts may become brittle due to aging and break and cause problems. Inspect carefully from the top when opening and closing the sunroof to see if there is anything inordinary.
