When I am going slow like stopping or starting at a light or pulling in or out of a parking spot , turning the wheels it will creak a little, or if I use the break it usually creaks right at first, the breaking and steering work completely normal though just a little creaking here and there... any ideas? It seems to be coming from the left wheel area, but not sure if it's coming from the wheel itself.. sounds like a little tightness....thanks in advance for any info

mine does the same thing. i don't think its no big deal but since i slammed mine its been doing it worse.. it think maybe the sway bar.... idon't know..

have an 02-e320. Same issues. hope you have a warrantee. SA replaced radial seal in control head (in r&r ps rack and pinion), adjust ps pressure element, perform wheel alignment, replaced steering column shaft boot and ps steering high pressure hose with modified version. Fixed problem. lol.

I had the same problem on wife's '01 E320. Took the dealer 2 tries to get it fixed. First time, they said it was the leaky power steering pump. That didn't fix the problem until they replaced the radial seal in the control head.
