Repair/maintenance manual

Repair/maintenance manual
One of the great things about the internet is the ability to share information. My sailboat Owners group has various manuals posted on line for the boat/engine/systems and common accessories. My daily drive is an old BMW, the E-30 site has a couple versions posted.
It is very hard to find a repair/maintenance manual anywhere for the W210. I bought a CD off ebay that unless you know german is virtually useless. Could one of you with the Factory CD (no longer produced or I would buy it) post it on the forum. It could either be a sticky at the top or added to the "Look here first" section. You may need assistance from the moderator due to it's size.
It would be a great Christmas present for all!

The factory DVD is pretty well copy protected.
Your best bet for maintenance info is the DIY posts on this site as well as benzworld.org and peachparts.com. You can also ask questions of course. The W210 models are relatively easy to work on if you are experienced. Peachparts and autohausaz are two good sources for OEM MB parts and supplies.
If in the US, you can join epc.startekinfo.com which will give you free access to the MB online parts system. You must supply credit card info but no charges are made.
You can also subscribe to MB's WIS (Workshop Information System) for a short period ($30?) and printout any procedures you may want.
Hope this helps you some.
