You might want to check out the drive shaft and/or transmission. When you take your foot off of the accelerator things like the flexible discs are not tensioned and noise might be more noticeable. I assume you had the wheel bearings checked as well as the brakes.

Does your engine have a fan on the front (as opposed to an electric one)? If so, the clutch (viscous coupling) could be bad and cause the fan to hit the radiator shroud.
