You can't pump air in
the shocks are charged via nitrogen gas cells/accumulators pumped in pressure by hydraulic fluid from the dual purpose power steering tank on all wagons.
If the spheres have leaked you need to replace them. If the shocks are leaking you need to replace them. Inspect the units,see what leaks,fix it.
