Instrument panel question

I need a new instrument panel for my e430. well I don't need it but it's bothering me and "needs" replaced. I found one for it for 289 USD but was wondering if it transferred my miles? Or do the miles from the other one read as mine? And also what does it involve replacing it? I'm able to remove it, but after I plug it in will it function or need programming of some sort? Thanks.

It needs to be from

the same model engine and vin range. Then it will keep the miles on the swapped one but the ecu will still store the real miles. It might need to be version codes.
Sometimes it works without coding sometimes not.
Why not get it rebuilt bba-reman
what is wrong and have you attempted to do the foam and ribbon diy repairs?

It's beginning to get pixelated, but there's actual damage to the cluster itself. Let's just say I have a vengeful girlfreind. The rest of the car remains untouched though.
