Removing Aftermarket Radio - Running RCA to trunk

Sorry for the second post today everyone, just a different issue!

The guy I bought my W210 from put in an Alpine CDA-105 in and I have ordered a new radio that works with my Android, as the Alpine only took iPod as an aux input.

So I need to remove the Alpine from the car and put in the new radio! I haven't been able to find how to remove an aftermarket radio from the car, I suppose that's not a common issue hahaha. Any help would be great!

Second thing is running the RCA cable from the head unit to the trunk to wire in my subwoofer. I did it before in my old Acura TL and with that all I did was run it under the carpet on the passenger side and through the kick boards (I think that's what they're called... you know the ones that say MB on them) then under the back seat through to the trunk... Is it the same process for the W210?

Thanks everyone!

i dont have a definitive answer because I've not gone through the process (yet).
be aware that the fuel tank sits upright and spans the width of the car between
the back seat and the trunk. you'll see it better after you remove the rear panel
of the trunk liner.

since there are a host of other harnesses going into the back, you'll likely follow
that path of least resistance and piggy back through the same channels and
orifices, I imagine.

insofar as removing the Alipine head unit, why not search the web or manuf's
site for a PDF copy of the product manual? it should then identify the security
latching system by way of their installation instructions
