Some of my dash lights don't work (Mainly my clock). Does anyone else have this problem and is it a rather easy fix or difficult (and expensive)?
Also, I've tried to aim my headlights. They moved some, but then quit moving. The dial stills turns, but the lights don't move. Both headlights are still too high.
Also, is there a good website for replacement interior parts? Some of my center console buttons are broke or missing (trunk release and mirror adjustment).

You can pull out the instrument cluster and replace the bulbs at the back without taking anything apart. You'll find the bulbs cheap at the dealer (you need the instrument cluster removal hooks), or you can use small pliers.
if the pixels are damaged you need to buy a fixing kit and dismantle the cluster.
Regarding the headlights did you notice if the auto leveling is working or not?
Interior parts won't be hard to find, because they are similar to non-AMG cars. Check eBay or online OEM parts catalogs.
Good luck!

Search is your friend.
Start here in the stickies:

Pelican Parts has some excellent tech articles as well.
FWIW, the dash lights will take maybe 30 minutes start to finish. See the tech article on the Pelican Parts website.
For the motor mounts, invest in a 16mm Mercedes Benz engine mount tool. You'll thank yourself. And I did not dismount the AC compressor when I replaced my mounts. Attach 9-volt battery to jumper points under the hood, disconnect battery ground cable below and in front of rear seat (11mm) before wrenching on the motor mount. EDIT: this is for a W210. For a W211, disconnect the battery in the trunk.
