Block heater location 2000 E430?

I bought a 2000 E430 in Las Vegas, brought it to Canada, now......I am having a problem finding where (and if) there may be a block heater in the block somewhere. If there isn't one, where is the best spot to put it?

If you VIN decodes with a code 494 you have a so called block heater(coolant water preheater)

Put the car on a lift and look at the front bottom passenger side for the device screwed into your coolant system--also apparent would be the three prong electrical connector

The current part number for the kit is 604 200 00 96--there are added parts for loonies and a different VIN code therefore choose wisely!!

I looked underneath, but I was looking at the block where most "frost plugs" are on other cars. Didnt see anything , and all frost plugs are there. ( Kinda right between the exhaust manifolds) My VIN is WDBJF70J6YB099474 so Im not sure how to "decode" it, to show if it has a preheater or not.??

I gave you some wrong information about the block preheater---If you do not have factory installed, there are two retrofit kits available for either USA and Canadian cars---the code 494 which you have in your VIN indicates the USA car and therefore you must select the kit I previously referenced---however the USA car is now in Canada and that requires a different kit because of voltage differences
