transmission problems.
2002 4 matic e 320 135k transmission will sometime not shift manually into any gear or be slow at shifting into another gear in automatic mode. and will not shift into revers unless i give alot of gas and than it jams it in.
also i have 1 electronic key that would not be recognized, and sometimes cruise will not work, unless re start is done.

Out Of Control!!
Sounds like your fluid is low or you have a faulty torque converter
Sounds like you have a faulty key---get it replaced!
