I would say If the damage is beyond cosmetic, totaled for sure. If it's only cosmetic it's hard to say, its teetering right on the line. The thing that could play the ultimate role in your situation is the equipment options your car has i.e Xenons vs halogen, P-sensors or not and so on....looking at yours, my personal opinion is totaled.

I feel your pain all to well, I just went through the exact same nightmare with my 99. I hit a semi tire retread that took out the bumper, splash guards, fog lights and assortment of little dumb things here and there....wasn't quit as bad when compared to yours and unfortunatly It was a total loss. Through my journey and recent dealings with it all, I learned from my agent that the equasion insurance company's use to determin if a car is totaled they take the total cost to fix it and if it exceeds 50% of the cars current value they total it.

Whichever way it swings though, hope everything works out in your favor!
