I was driving down the Interstate today, and couldn't avoid a flipping truck retread that was lying on the road, before the car in front of me hit it. It clipped my passenger side headlights/driving lights. I was lucky it didn't do more damage. Oh yes, it actually did also clip my lower bumper grille and knocked it out of place, on the right side it's just hanging.

Anyway, time to go for some replacement Depo's. Here's what I found:

...but I want to do it right. What do you guys suggest for HID bulbs and ballasts? I like the blue tint, not the white and I want to go 8k (I think?!?). While I'm at it, I may as well upgrade the fogs too.

What are my best options?
