W210 Rusted Jackpoint Repair
The jackpoints on Mercedes seem to be a problematic area for rust. I had to repair rusted jackpoints on my 190D, and now I'm having to do it on the E300.
Both front jackpoints are being addressed on my E300. They were quite rusted and needed replacement. We used a significantly thicker metal, with further reinforcement behind it, than the original which should give me longevity out of this repair.
Next step is POR-15 coat everything and get my AMG sideskirts back on. I'll try to snap some more photos of progress and post those too.

New metal shots. There is no longer a rubber disc where the floor jack is placed. It is not a solid piece of steel going all the way up through the sheet metal and welded to the frame. SUPER SOLID.
