I'm sure if you provided details of the kit you'd get some replies.

The body kit includes all carbon fiber parts, made by carbon creations. It lowers the look of the car/ gives a meaner look. Fender flares with vents and a nice look on the rear bumper. I am esp. concerned with the cost of equipping the body kit. I would paint the flares, front bumper, and rear bumper, keep the spoilers carbon. I am not equipping the kit myself unless it is easy enough.

Really like the deep dish wheels and exhausts, but the rest of the kit, not so much.

I agree, unfortunately the kit doesn't come with the wheels. I have Lexani R-Six wheels

With that wheel it's going to look very 90s Drug dealer-ish. IMO. I mean no offense, but that kit is very aggressive and needs a wheel that fits it and the car. I don't think the 2 will work together

So I am thinking that I like the back spoilers... they might give it a similar look for a fraction of the price... Don't necessarily need to go for the e55 look, just wanna give the car a sleeker look

If you mess around to much...you will have a mess. The black lights are a bad thing in my opinion.

Gotcha, makes sense. What other modifications would you guys make? Are wheels enough or go for something more?

don't get fenders!

just sell yours and get a e55 amg, doing anything else is a waste of money and will look like your trying to hard to be something your not . The rear spoilers are pretty good though . Modding your w210 will be more headache then it's worth. They were built one way for a reason! You start changing things and you destroy how it feels and acts on the roadway. I went from a 99 e320 to a 99 e55, best cars ever, just keep them up with factory parts and no problems!

the front bumper and fender on that kit look bad. the rear bumper and sideskirts are ok. Projector headlights can look ok but it depends on the color of the car. If you look through the picture thread you might get some other ideas.

I wish I could but I don't have the kinda money for that... I live in Orange County and all the e55s are either ridiculously priced or have well over 100000 miles. I really plan on sticking with the e320 but thanks for the tip

Why is over 100,000 miles a problem?

Koska, mod the car how you like. It doesn't really matter what other people say. If you like that kit, do it. Everyone has their own style of modding. I like everything about it except for the front fenders. If you are really into changing the look, make sure you invest in nice wheels. Wheels make the car, imo. I suggest googling modded w210, you'll find many nice examples of different styles...

Of course it doesn't matter...but when someone asks for pros/cons, it would be rude not to answer either way.
