Cleaning the 210 /replacing headliner

First off does anyone know of a place in the south Florida area that does headliner replacements? Mine has been falling for a year now. Not horrible but noticeable. The main problem is my dashboard. The previous owner put a sticky pad thing on the dash to hold phones in place. Nice thing and he said it would mess with anything. Well he was wrong. I removed it today because I never use it. It's been on for the year I've had it and who knows before that. Well lets say the Florida sun heating that thing up didn't help. It left a horrid mark. Looks like it took the color right off of the dash. Does anyone know if this can be refinished or replaced? I'm super ocd and it looks like *****

If you clean and prep the dash good, then you can use SEM Color Coat paint to repair your dash. SEM paint is available from most upholstery or automotive paint supply stores.

Alright I'll look into that. So that is just like normal paint right? I would spray the whole dash. I guess I would have to get a close enough color to the original to match the rest of the interior. Can the dash be removed? I'd hate to try and paint it in the car
