2002 E320 Wagon rough idle

Rough idle with no malfunction codes. Just recently started to feel a "jump" when shifting from reverse to drive. Idle is worst at stop light/sign so I usually shift into neutral. Initial thought after some research was motor mounts, and those should be replaced in the next couple of weeks. Any thoughts on what else this could be? Maybe needs a tune-up? Possible emmissions problems? Again though, no malfunction codes.

I would start with the non diagnostic easy things like--plugs, wires, coils and fuel filters. Pull the plugs---wada they look like!!

Agree with Plutoe - I was getting a rough idle on my '01 Wagon, with 113k on it. Changed plugs and wires, and seems fixed. I believe 100k is the recommended interval, and it's relatively inexpensive.
