Upper Intake to Lower Intake Manifold Hose leak

During this past weekend I changed the oil on my 96 E320 M104. While underneath the car I visually inspected everything that I could see and noticed that fluid had been leaking from the hose shown in the picture. The leak looks like it had been seeping for some time because the entire lower intake had traces of fluid.

I noticed there are 2 of these hoses on the intake of the car. One towards the front, which is dry, and this one in the picture which is near the rear of the engine.

The picture was taken from the bottom of the car and after I had wiped off all the grime. The leak looked like it was originating from the bottom portion of the rubber hose shown in the picture because it was dry and grime free above that point.

I did not think about it at the time but I guess I could have attempted to tighten the clamp just to see if that would help. Regardless, should I replace the hose? Is it DIY or better done at a Mercedes shop?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I would follow your instincts and try tightening the clamp!!
