Question W210 most famous problem: ECU communication Lost

Good morning all friends;
the most famous problem which i have seen in MB W208 and W210 is that when the battery go dead the Key lost communication with the ecu,
that mean the ecu's ebrom lost it's program,
how can I solve this problem.

There is one other newbie who migrated here from a dating forum that thinks like you-unfortunately he also has a horrible batting average---not worry about your ECU EPROM will come back to life once you install the correct battery in your car----now if you connected the battery incorrectly then possibly you are correct---it's new ECU time or old ECU virginized and flashed to you car, however that takes some skill other than mumbo jumbo!!

By any chance did you have the key in the ignition when replacing the battery?
