Keep paid off E320 or trade off for one with less miles?
Should I keep my current car and just spend money on maintenance; or sell/trade it, and get the same model (with less miles) from a dealer/ private seller?
I have a paid off 98 Mercedes E320 (230,000 miles) that has several small mechanical issues. The car still crank and and drive good. The check engines light on with 7 codes. I know its going to be around $3,500 to fix up the maintenance and paint job. The 98 Eclass models are selling for $2,000- $6,000. I really like this model the reason I'm asking for opinions. Thanks

If you find low mileage W210 with good paint and no codes for $2000, go for it.
