Wheel Help - AMG Monoblock I (CL W215 / S W220)

I just purchased a 2000 E320 Elegance Black Sedan, Trying to get help and I have searched but cannot find that much detail

Would the AMG 18" Wheels that came on the W215 CL and S-Class W220 Fit without any issues?

Wheel Specs:

18x8.5" ET 44
18x9.5" ET 46

The Tires I would get is 235/40 Fronts and 265/35 Rear

How can I make them work, do I need spacers and if so - what spacers and lug bolts?

chances are high that those wheels use 14mm diameter lug bolts and with the
correspondingly larger ball seat design. your 210 sports 12mm and smaller
radius ball seat.

if you check all the other specs related to offset, tire fitment, clearance and are
hell bent on buying these wheels, then you may want to consider purchasing
the hybrid aftermarket lug bolts sold by otisincla.com which features 12mm
diameter bolt with the larger ball seat. If Phil is still in charge there, he and
his customer service folks are very knowledgable and can assist you once you
describe what you have, thinking of buying, and what you want to do with the
parts.

very useful stuff in the STICKYs over here under 'wheel fitment'

The bolts can be custom-order, but 40+ offset will require spacers.
With so many direct fit wheels on the market, I never consider spacers.
For tire matching - go to manufacturer site and compare rpm.
235/40 will set off speedometer.
Better is 245/40/18, but again, different model tires offer different rpm in the same nominal size.

So just stick with finding R129 or E55 AMG Wheels, any difference between the R129 and E55 wheels - other then the part numbers?

W210 E55 AMG
You will be fine as long as you stay on a wheel with between 8 and 9 inches and offsets ranging from ET30 to ET35.

Good luck!

i think what you need to do is to do some homework rather than trusting internet
folks to give you a clear answer. there is a bit of a gamble when you use wheel
and tire combinations which were not packaged for your model...which are the
choices you have proposed

anything offered for the E320/420/430 models by MB are pretty much guaranteed
to work

what you find for the E55 will require some considerations as you push the
envelope to maximum widths, largest tires, etc

using a wheel designed for another model/year requires additional work and
skill as you mix and match specifications

here are some wheel interchange calculators for you to look over and to
crunch your own numbers

It would be reckless for anyone to simply take a generic such as "R129 wheel"
and extrapolate a definitive answer. At best, we can give you a ballpark idea.

Best thing to do would be for you to select and identify SPECIFIC tire size.
When you have settled on a wheel, get the diameter, width and offset (or the
stamped information on the inside of the wheel). Only then will that give us
a clear and specific set of figures to deal with.

note that even if you have identify a specific tire size, if you're pushing the
envelope vis a vis the size for your model, you should be aware that actual
tire size may differ when measured with a tape measure from, say, Michelin
vs Continental vs Hancock, etc. so what may work for one person may rub
for a different person if they're not using the same tire manufacturer

Ah, so just stick to going for the W210 E55 AMG Wheels, what about the 2-Piece R129 Wheels that were made by BBS?
