Out Of Control!!
Post the VIN------------------additionally, you say you don't understand the pump removal process outlined in WIS------if that is the case why did you fool the customer into thinking that you could do the job---now you are screwed as the WIS documents outline very simply the process and the special tools you need to preform the task-----it's guy's like you that give a bad name to the repair of MB cars!!

When you scroll Plutoe's replies, about 50 % of them are "post your VIN"
This is what he does here.
You will find diesel manuals here http://www.w124-zone.com/downloads/M...W124/Main.html
When I was doing IP synchronization, I substituted the timing tool with a piece of 3/8" copper tubing.
I hope the engine has a basket installed for IP removal, otherwise it will be DS.
606 engines have the same IP timing what 603, so don't hesitate to check both WIS.
